LOCATION

The area, which extends for over 250 hectares, is urbanized and is one of the most important production areas in the Veneto region.
The area, located in Costa di Rovigo, is located close to the A13 Padua-Bologna motorway in a single large inter-regional metropolitan system, in a central position for the North East of Italy and Europe. The strategic position with respect to the major ports in the Northeast (Venice, Trieste, Ravenna), makes the area a focal point for reaching Germany, Austria, Hungary, Hungary, Romania, Poland and all the main players in the Northern European market quickly and easily.
There is also a railway connection that can be put at the service of the surrounding industrial district. The Rovigo Verona railway line is connected with the northern part of the site.
