Our history
Vibrocemento, the future has remote roots
The business, established in Padua in the mid-1940s, was born thanks to the skills and insights of our founder, Engineer Mr. Odino Sartori.
Born in Venice, after graduating in engineering, he undertook his professional activity specializing in prefabricated construction and operating in the field of large industrial and civil building construction.
On the strength of the experience gained by his managers in all the years of activity, well known and esteemed in the industrial construction environment, he successfully expanded the business by building thousands of prestigious prefabricated buildings. We mention among others: the PIAGGIO factory, an ENEL power plant, the Bologna Airport, the Faculty of Engineering in Padua, part of the Montedison factory in Porto Marghera, the General Warehouses in Malpensa, the Stefanel factory, etc.
In recent years Vibrocemento has developed considerably by increasing the number of industrial real estate operations that to date are carried out on its own account and then leased to major commercial and industrial operators.
To this day, activities in this sector continue thanks to the passion dedicated to it by his four children, Francesco, Bruno, Igea and Elvio.

DEVELOPMENT
We offer clients development and growth options through acquiring new sites or already owned land. The company works closely with its clients by modulating and customizing spaces according to needs and specific requirements. We hold relationships with municipalities, executing and presenting various projects in-house.
ASSETS MANAGEMENT
We build, manage and administer all our properties. We provide our clients spaces for their businesses by helping them optimize costs and ensuring accurate maintenance. Each client is supported by a team of professionals throughout the period of his/her lease, to first address and then solve any problems that may arise.
INVESTMENTS
We invest in logistics and industrial properties mainly in Northern Italy, in strategic sites, expanding our portfolio by developing areas and acquiring existing assets. Our network of assets is part of an ecosystem that connects a very large number of companies.
Sustainability
Energy Activity
Our company has already committed to sustainability paths in tourism and has been implementing a major development plan in the area of alternative energy since 2010.
More and more we are implementing energy efficiency measures to be in line with our environmental sustainability and green economy goals.
Almost all of our developments are built ‘solar’ ready, and we proactively install solar farms on the roofs of our properties to minimize impacts on the environment.
Since 2010 to date, photovoltaic panels have been installed, generating about 20,000,000 kWh of clean energy per year, equivalent to the energy needs of a municipality of 8000 households each year.
